Underground Locate?

I have a need to locate a ton of cable and a few buried conduits on a property. It's private, non-utility stuff, so I know USA Locate won't cover this sort of thing. Does anybody know if you can rent the equipment that the utility guys use? If that doesn't work, is there a service that will do this for you. I'd buy the equipment, but it's pretty pricey for occasional use.

Our POCO contracts its locates out. That locating company will do locates for you, at a cost.
If you were friendly with your local water company they may do it for you.

Maybe rent the equip IF you have someone to rely on using it

I do it give me a call, Equipment is rentable, many testing companies offer this service, high voltage cable comapnies (cable splicers) offer this service and of course you could buy the equipment, if no one is offering this service in your area; seems like a nitch market someone should gobble up.

We use the 3M Dynatel 2273.
