1-1/2 for 3 number 6 wires! Is the local phone company pulling the wire? They are the only ones around here that need a 4 inch pipe for a one pair fiber line.

on a job where they wanted 1.5” conduit for exit light circuit, 3- #10s, it got ran in a 1”. Not sure who designs this stuff, how are you supposed to fit 2- 1.5” conduits in a pole?

I guess if someone else is digging the trench and they are digging it curved you will need to curve the conduit.

Maybe they spec'ed RGS so it does not have to be buried real deep.

I usually do not worry all that much about strange things people ask for. We just figure out what it will cost and tell them. We also tell them there might be a more cost effective approach if they are interested in pursuing such an approach.
