two pole GFCI

I know that 2 pole GFCI Circuit Breaker is designed for multiwire brach circuit (that is 3 wire circuit 2 phase and common neutral.) can we install 2p gfci circuit breaker to protect 220V receptacle (two wire circuit)??

Yes.

All two pole GFCI breakers I have ever seen are rated for 2 wire and 3 wire circuits.

Note: The line side neutral wire (the white curly one) must always be connected to the panel neutral.

Thank you Tom, my point is if it is possible to use 2 pole GFCI circuit breaker to protect 220V receptacle (phase to phase), not that circuit with a common neutral?
is 2 pole GFCI CB approved for such circuit?
