Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask regarding transformer. I need to connect new 3phase transformer rated 400/230 Dyn11 from existing transformer with 400 at the secondary side with vector group of Dyn11 also. What will happen for the phase shift at 230 side?

What exactly do you mean by 'phase shift on the 230 side'? The transformer doesn't change the 120 degree phase angle between phases A, B, C.

The vector group describes the phase shift between primary and secondary, so if you have two Dyn11 transformers cascaded then you get a composite Dyn10 vector group, but I don't think this is relevant to anything unless you somehow connecting a load to both primary and secondary circuits (which you might see if you are building a rectifier system and using the transformers specifically for the phase shift) or using protective relaying across multiple transformers.
