It sounds like the three components you named are all turned on and off by remotely - controlled contactors. All that matters is that the load side of the contactors be rated for the currents they will take. The size (i.e., rating) of the coil, and therefore the rating of the control transformer, are matters for the manufacturer of the control devices. It is not an NEC issue.
