Title 24

Hi guys does anyone have experiance with filling in the title 24 lighting forms, we are putting light fixtures on the outside of a building to light signs or murals.
I was also wondering if we are just adding light fixtures to a building that is already wired and circuits have been run in, do i need to pull permits for the job location is in Southern California.

technically yes. Any new electrical requires a permit , even a new duplex on an existing outlet. If you install lighting you may need to submit the title 24 form.
