Tie Switch and grounding

Q: Two delta/wye utility transformers with secondary 480v 3 wires + ground wire each are installed on the opposite sides of the plant, and feeding different plant equipment. Each transformer has a ground electrode where corresponding ground wires are connected to.
Main Switch Boards (MSB) of each transformer are connected to the tie switch in order to be able to feed whole plant from the either transformer if needed.
Can the ground wires be interconnected between MSBs?

Not only yes, but they should be.

Ground wire, meaning the grounding electrode conductors are required to be bonded together, making the potential between the two services feeding the same building of equal potential.
