My 2 cents for what it's worth is, in this litigious society I would be very cautious in using 90.4.
I live about 30 minutes from the "Station" night club and this still dominates the news here.
The lawsuits have started and among others named "Anheuser-Busch" and "Clearchanel Radio" they were both sponsors but did they actually contribute to the disaster?
You should see the Town manager he looks like a deer caught in the headlights because the fire inspection missed some items.
If I was the AHJ I would make no concessions for work in a place of assembly, no good can come from that, other then for the installer and if something happens he will be in a jam too.
