Excuse me for using the 2017 code, I have yet to get a new code book, due to the world losing its mind.

I am curious if I am interpreting this correctly.
I have a floating fuel dock small one dispenser lets sale Unleaded and Diesel a double dispenser. I have a Trestle (landing) that stands 6' above grade, this matters cause a pier is the top landing, note 1. As I interpret pier using a dictionary.
My fuel dock raises 20' on a high tide lets say and it is 10' lower than the highest tide to grade, the tanks sit at grade several hundred yards away. Making the dispenser a remote one. Also a 36' difference on a low tide. Welcome to Alaska.
My question is from the moment I break the top of the plane of the trestle grating (landing) I am Class 1 Div 1?

Doesn’t answer your question at all, but you’re good for still using 2017. Looks like that is the valid cycle for Alaska. Answers based on 2020 would be invalid if they were different from what it would be for 2017 code.
