Stainless Steel screw for bonding

Where in the 2017 NEC can I find that the screw for a pressure connector located outside in the elements needs to be Stainless Steel.

I don't think there is anywhere with that wording. What would support that implicitly is when using a Listed pressure connector that is for use outside it will come with a SS screw.
