How did you come up with those prices per sq. ft.?

thanks indcom that was interesting reading your #'s. the bid I gave was right at $4.00 per sq. ft. Do you have a list of these different applications

HEY GUYS! Those numbers I gave were just as an example and not to be used in reality!

What I'm saying is that the cost of doing one lease of 3,000 sq. ft may differ from another lease of 3,000 sq. ft simply because of different variables of lighting, devices, and design differences of each lease.

I concur that the variables are too great to make comparisons. I still break down my commercial bid to "per opening" bids. One store may need 40 lights and another may need 400.
