Installing a 4000 amp service

The service room has a ground bar on the wall. Going to that ground bar we have:
1) A 3/0 going down to the main service switch where the ground and neutral is b
2) A 3/0 going directly to the water main
3) A 3/0 going to building steel.

The ground bar is the central ground. Is there any violation here?

Thanks Larry. I didn’t think so. Someone at work was saying that water main bond needs to originate in the main service switch where the neutral and ground were bonded. I didn’t believe so

Basic rules is that the GEC must be unspliced but there is an allowance for a ground bar such as you have, its a great way to terminate all the GEC and bonding jumpers, See 250.64 C
