sandwiched bus to open collector bus

Looking for the best way to make this transition. I envision an end cable tap box at the beginning of the sandwiched feeder busway (beginning meaning nearest the source which in this case is a utility vault). We'd use flex from the end cable tap box over to the open bus in the vault. Actually all of the above descibed would be in the utilties vault. But we still have to provide it!

Any thoughts? Better still, any details?
