Roof snow melt system

Is anyone familiar with roof/ gutter de-icing systems? I was contacted about installing a system on a gym roof. I have installed heat trace systems in the past, mostly on process piping. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for what product to use or system layout?

Yes , I like this system http://meltyourice.com/ . It is more expensive than the Bylin system however it has better components. Can be used with either Hydronic or electric.

All the parts are made of extruded aluminum for best heat transfer. The Bylin system uses a sheet metal flimsy cap that I do not like.
