Does anyone have any information on becoming an RME for your current employer in California? I was licensed and active in 2012 at which point the economy got so bad for me that I had to become an employee after 18 yeas of self employment.
Same employer is asking if I would be interested in being the RME for this company. They have one now but he may be retiring soon.
What would be considered fair market rate for compensation for such a title? I can find NO comparisons.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
