690.12(B)(2)(1). This allows systems that are UL listed for RSD to be installed. Per 690.12(B)(2), the system only needs to comply with one of the following. So (B)(2)(2) & (B)(2)(3) don't apply if it is UL listed for RSD. Also see page 13 of the Synergy inverter manual which discusses the UL3741 listing.
