Question about high voltage grounding (345 kV)

Need to find out what type/size of grounding cables would be required to safely work on a 345kV line. The line's short circuit current is rated at 60,000 amps.

If anyone can answer this I'd appreciate it; or at least point me in the right direction. Also, if you need any further information, I can get that as well.

Since you are a utility power engineer, I assume you have access to the NESC and also a standards department. The basic parameters are in 090 of the NESC but the actual size will be determined by your standards group. :D

I assume you will work the circuit de-energized and work between the grounds on the circuit. Are you concerned about the circuit getting energized?
