putting AFCI in old panels

I have a customer's Gen. Switch panel that labels GE THQL as compatible. Its 25 years old. AFCI GE breakers have THQL model letters followed by 1122 plus other letters. You think the elec inspector will accept this ? This state requires everything AFCI. Thanks

Make sure the inspector is aware this is a listed replacement and don't expect him/her/it to figure it out. If I wasn't going to be there for the inspection I would use a high liter and leave a note explaining what I was doing.
