Pre fab fiberglass pool with two 12 volt LED lights

The pool was installed but there was no bonding wire. The lights were installed but the wire has no ground wire. The only thing I have to bond is the pool pump and pool heater. Is this common with this type of pool? This is the first pre fab I've encountered.

does this not need an equipotential bonding grid around it?

does it have a metal ladder?

Yes it's common. except for the equipotential as peter said, ladders if not fiberglass

The pool lights could have all plastic housing .

Thanks Guys ! I went back there today and they have installed a equipotential grid around the pool. There is no ladder and they tied the grid to the pump and heater
