Would the load for a pool heat pump be considered continuous and calc'd out at 125% because it could (in Phoenix) run longer that 3 hours at a time?

As far as I now a pool heater is a heat pump and must be calculated at 125% however if the nameplate states MCA then that number already has the 125% built in

Thanks Dennis. It's what I thought. It seems to be the season for all my interpretations to be questioned.
