Pool Heat Exchanger

How would one bond this heat exchanger for a commercial pool? There is no lug on the unit and most of the external components are powder coated. My thought was to put a pipe clamp on the stainless steel nipple that transitions to the plastic pipe. The copper piping is the feed from the boiler.

There’s nothing electrical going on inside that exchanger we can’t see from the pic, right ? From a bonding safety standpoint I don’t think you are required to bond the exchanger.

We usually just bond the boiler that is feeding the heat exchanger. I have never had to bond the plate exchangers before.
