Yes, V*V or square. I should have mentioned that, my mistakeThe only problem is that on this Forum it is not possible to render subscripts and superscripts. Hence the very ambiguous V2 to represent V squared (V * V).
Other notation conventions are V^2 and V**2 for V squared. Some places even use Vexp2.
