I have a single 20 amp circuit feeding an outbuilding, for a handful of receptacles, switched ceiling fan and one light. I realize a switch would have been sufficient for disconnect means but I installed a 60 amp disconnect in case I decide in the future to add a 2nd circuit. The disconnect enclosure: buss for the ground and no buss for the neutral. Obviously use just one side of the breaker for hot. Q: on the neutral, is there any issue in the code for splicing in the enclosure or should the neutral be run without splicing, to the 1st receptacle or splice box?
