Northern VA meter protocal

Northern Virginia area. I need to work inside a split bus panel. Lots of wires crammed into a small space. Do I pull the meter or contact Dominion Power?

Dominion can be quite irritable if you pull their meter and it is not an emergency.

Call Dominion with your permit number and tell them your pulling it. They will authorize you to pull it and will have a tech re-seal it at a later date.
