Non-linear load feeder with voltage drop

I have a long, 100 amp panel feeder that requires 2/0 due to voltage drop. Since it is all non-linear loads I must run a double neutral which then has 5 conductors + ground in the raceway. This requires derating the conductors by 80 % due to fill. Must I increase my wire size to 4/0 to compensate for the 80 % fill or is 2/0 sufficient since it is rated well over 100 amps?
