New parking lot pole installation. Can C-10 install legally?

As a C-10 contractor (California), can I legally accept a contract to dig footings, pour concrete, and erect 20ft steel poles, and install new LED lights. Of course some trenching and conduit is also included. I would subcontract out the concrete portion of the job, but can I legally take on that contract, or do I need to work through a GC?

Thanks

IMHO you can do it. The trades involving concrete and digging/trenching are incidental and related to the main task of installing the lighting system. I am looking at CA B&P Code # 7059. (a) If in doubt you can also act as the prime contractor and hire properly licensed sub-contractors to do the trenching and concrete.
