If you only need it during daylight, look into light tubes.

The Walmarts in Arizona are carrying a nifty white LED light that is about 4" x 6", draws about 150ma, costs about $15 and will light your stalls to a reasonable level. I have used these for restroom stalls.

If the lights are switch activated (consider a timer so you do not leave the lights on and deplete the battery), you can use a simple system with a 10-20W PV module, charge controller (such as Morningstar SunGuard Charge Controller) and a 12V, 6 to 7 AH battery.

If you want all night operation use a SunLight controller to automatically turn on the lights, larger battery and larger PV. Direct message me for a size recommendation for your location if needed.
