Modern forms ceiling fans

I have 4 remote control fans in the same room with 4 controllers,4 switch legs..customer wants them to be controlled independently.every time I program them ,1 will be controlled by 2 switches...they are loosing their program when they loose power

Had the same issue, I found out I had to go turn the breaker off then change the dip switches then turn power back on, would not work with just turning switch off

That should not happen. I would call modern fans and see if there is a fix for that
