In my building code (OBC 2002) it states 1003.2.11.1 "The means of egress illumination level shall not be less than 1 FC at the floor level".... I have always thought this to mean 1 FC Min. along this path...
But I was on a web site for NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions) www.ncqlp.org looking at a simple test questions and the answer to question about this was 1 FC Avg.
Who right?
