How are these types of cables spliced at J-boxes? Once you bring the cable into a J-box, and remove the jacket surrounding the class 2 conductor they would need to be separated correct?
Is the practice to keep the jacket on the Class 2 conductor and nipple them into a separate box to make a splice and then bring the spliced Class 2 conductors back with the jacket in place and continue on in the MC?
