According to 314.3 metal armored cables can be used in a nonmetalic box. In this case, what does internal bonding and integral boding mean. If MC cables outer jacket is not an approved ground path, and I were installing it in a plastic romex box, and the cable has an insulated ground in it, where do I bond to? According to my local inspector, no answer. He played the approved connector 330.40. If this is true, what is 314.3 good for?

314.3 ex. 1 deals with having a internal bonding means between all entries. IMO bonding bushings with a bonding wire between all entries would work.
314.3 ex. 2 deals with threaded entries and you would have to have a internal ground bus. Much like a pool box
