marina power outlets

I am bidding on a marina in Texas. The question I have is what type of cord is the best to use for the main service that will run along the bottom of the lake out to the floating dock for approx. 100' the code says only extra-hard usage portable power cable 555.13(a)2. any ideas or places to call for prices would be great.
P.S. its going to be like a floating R.V. park.
