We are installing a manhole/vault. The area is C1D2, but below grade considered unclassified. I'm trying to determine if I need to do some extra conduit sealing on my stub-ups due to this manholes location. Would the C1D2 boundary, normally set at grade, fall into the manhole since it has a removable lid? I feel like I'm in a gray area.
