Main Earthing cable from Generator set to Main distribution board

There is Generator connected to main distribution panel via Fire rated cable (Power & Earhing wire), The contractor bring power cable matching with the required Fire rated cable but they bring earth single core wire LSZH type not Fire rated type

Is it acceptable to use LSZH type instead of Fire rated cable for main earthing wire from the Generator to mor not

I don't know what LSZH cable is. You use the term earthing which is not a term used in the NEC
