Are there guidelines within NEC/UL requiring circuit/conponent isolation to prevent low voltage wiring crossing high voltage (480)wiring within a enclosure. Example a stepdown transformer 115/277 to 24 volts within the same enclosure with the 480 main. The 24 volts controlling low voltage coils and relays.

Yes, but it depends on the what type of circuit the limited energy (low voltage) is. Separation is required for a class 2 or 3 limited energy circuit, but not a class 1 power limited circuit. Look at Art 725 to determine what type of limited energy circuit you have.
It may not be a problem.

this is a common problem in the real world.

as consultants we have encountered numerous sites where there were separate parallel conduits run for high and low voltage [110 or 347 vs data or video] that emptied into common splice boxes or at the base of light standards.
