Is there an official statement on the correct load to uses for fixtures like the Lithonia CPANL series? The output level switch would not be readily accessible after installation. I understand the requirement that Edison base fixtures be calculated at the highest labeled wattage since anyone can change lamps, but I'm not convinced that the same approach should apply to switchable output LED drivers. The issue is more IECC compliance than NEC compliance. There seems to be divergence among local jurisdictions on whether the rated wattage for 2018 IECC C405.3.1 is the specified setting or the maximum setting.
