Load center feeding kitchen range

Recently saw a load center on the exterior wall of a house with 4 breakers and 2 of them feeding the kitchen range, The conduit goes around the side of the exterior wall an into the kitchen.

Is this allowed per code?

If by 2 of the 4 breakers you mean a dp breaker feeding the range then there is nothing wrong with the install. What part are you questioning?

Only issue may be the disconnecting means if it's hard wired.
