Light switches above sink

Finally a simple question!

Are light switches allowed to be installed above a sink? this is in a commercial kitchen. just wanted to make sure there's nothing in the NEC that would prohibit this.

It's mostly allowed NEC 404 - (1-2-3-4-that area 404.10

Their is more criteria to do with a switch as a disconnect such as location, accessible, etc...

Yep, a receptacle outlet can be installed above a sink as well.
