LED lamps and Neon

I installed LED lamps in a recessed can and every time the timer for neon sign turns on lamps flicker so I checked with bulb manufacturer and bought the suggested dimmer for those lamps installed it and now when sign turns on they flash rapidly any thoughts how to solve this problem ?

Try a different manufacturer of bulb

Your Neon transformer is backfeeding EMI. You'll need to isolate it somehow.

Although why it's flickering is puzzling- I was thinking control circuitry.

Edit: Just for knowledge. Don't do this.
