I have a direct wire 4' Fixture Led T8 in a hallway any suggestions on emergency backup options

Look at Keystone. They have batteries and small LED boards to replace existing fluorescent based EM systems. Comes with everything you need, including new test buttons and Red LED lights to show its charging.

Had not seen that one. Looks like the better option.

Keystone has a solid product offering for most applications.
Is there a 24hr (constant/ un-switched hot) circuit in the existing fixture for the charge circuit? If so, your good! If not, does your existing electrical raceway, allow for the installation of the un-switched leg to facilitate the charging circuit?
If not, you might want to consider adding a LED bug-eye unit to gain egress compliance.

Or, depending on system wattage consumption; check out Iota AC inverters, as another possible solution! AC in, AC out, test button/indicator... connect a few wires and your compliant! Lots of options out there! Good luck.
