Hot tub disconnect

680.13 says the hot tub disconnect must be at least 5' away from the inside wall of the tub and be readily accessible and within site of. So is there a max distance? Or is it up to the inspector as far as what he feels is readily accessible and within site of?

Washington states says within site is 50ft or less but there's alot of room for interpretation. Just like workman like installs.

In-sight from means within sight & not more than 50' away.

IMO, if is around the corner it is not within sight
