Hospital Grade Receptacles

We have a job in a psych center. The schedule and specification lists spec grade receptacles but they are saying we have to use hospital grade per NEC. Is that correct?

Unless they have "Patient Beds" (sleeping or procedure beds) or are under Anesthetizing locations HG receptacles are not required. See 517.18(B) 517.19(B)(2) and 517.61(C)(2)
