HELP..Ground/Neutral for MFG HOME

Cant find in my reference materials. When wiring a main meter/disconnect on electric co's pole for a 4 wire manufactured home system...Can the ground wire and neutral be attached to the same bar??? ... or does a separate grounding bar need to be installed ??

The ground and neutral are interconnected at the main disconnect, and not thereafter; thus the 4-wire configuration.
