I was told today that I get to teach an eight hour class on hazardous locations. Does anyone do of any good websites that discuss these locations (besides this one)?

Thanks :)

Check with Appleton. They have some good literature on fitings and lighting for hazardous locations

Use Mikes material, and hand out copies of the appleton or CH books. I would use Mikes Understanding Special Occupancies, which is part of the Understanding the NEC Volume 2, and covers Chapter 5 locations. From Mikes office you can get the power point graphics. If you just doing hazardous locations his material will be shy of 8 hours. He has a text to go with, cost of $20, but its B&W. A better deal is the entire Volume 2 for $49.00 Call his office and talk to Sarina. I use Mikes materials as his graphics are the best anywhere. His power point is graphics only and you will need to add the text.
