Grounding Electrode Conductor

I have conflicting arguments between a couple of electricians and I wanted to know the real story. The situation is: 4 parallel runs of 350's from the weatherhead to a CT cabinet, out to a Fusible Disconnect, then the 4 runs from the load side out to Panel we'll call MDP. 1200 amp fuses in Disconnect- we are running an oversized #2 for supplemental ground rods, what size grounding electrode conductor should we have to the Water main? Also, what size equipment grounding conductors are needed in each pipe?

Re: Grounding Electrode Conductor

look at table 250.66 for your water pipe, look at
250.122 (F)(1) for EGC, each parallel EGC must full sized in each conduit based on the overcurrent device protecting the conductors.

Re: Grounding Electrode Conductor

thanks to all, I did read 250.66 and 122, where parallel conductors are used, and I came with the same result as all of you, I will relay the findings to our crew. Again I thank you for the prompt help. Jay
