grounding&bonding a metal building

I was asked to install a sub panel in a metal prefab garage (24x16X10,this is a residence and the feed will be coming from the homes 200amp panel. Are there any special grounding and bonding issues I should be aware of since this is a metal building,ie: equopotential plane, ground faulting the entire subpanel, lighting protection, separate ground rods and bonding it to the building, etc..., as in a farm building? The building is going to be on a concrete slab and the owner wants the conduit to stub up inside the building.

Take a look at NEC 250.32, 250.50, 250.52(A)(2), 250.104(C), and Chapter 225 part II
