Green screw enough?

I bought a small Main Breaker panel that came with a separate ground bar mounted to the side of it. The neutral bar was spaced off the panel as usual and it came with the green bonding screw. Used as a MB panel does bonding the neutral bar with the green screw allow the ground bar on the other side to be used for neutrals. I figure it does but other panels with neutrals on both sides have a heavier tie between them.

You can use the panel as an equipment ground, but you can't use it as a neutral.

Thanks for the replies. I actually remembered a similar post after I posted. 200.2(B) makes it perfectly clear.
