Gfi's in commercial buildings

As far as Gfi's go, even in warehouse/storage/manufacturing buildings, there are no requirements for gfi's in other than kitchens, bathrooms, & rooftops?

No, check out 406.3(D)(3), 422.49, 424.44(G), 426.32, 427.27, 511.12, 517.20(A), 517.21, 525.23, 527.6, and so on (I got tired of searching). :D

In Washington State, yes, any occupancy uses the residential GFCI requirements. This is a state code admendment to the NEC.
