In my code book it states that obstacle is "other than keys".

Go to article 100 and see what your version of the code says. They do change this sort of thing on occasion.

Now what if you use a combination padlock instead of a keyed lock?

Hope they at least keep those changes consistent in each copy of same year, that would suck to have different words in each copy of the same year:blink:

This is why I prefer to use GFCI breakers. All in the same place for test purposes, you don't have to go moving things or worry about a receptacle behind something, and you don't have to go looking all over if a receptacle trips that's feeding other receptacles.
