I have gas station canopy lights circuits which is fed from room inside convenient store electric room. The circuit goes underground from the room to the gas station canopy steel pillar next to gas station dispenser and then goes up to canopy light conduit on the pillar. I am wondering if I press E stop button then should the contactor also disconnect the canopy lights? I looked thru NEC 2014 section 514 but am confused it’s not leading to dispenser or it’s not thru dispenser. How is it done normally?

I am gonna say No.
If I recall your on 2014 NEC still, see 514.11, its not required unless that lighting conduit passes "to or through dispensing equipment".
That being said, believe I have seen lighting contactors at gas stations wired that way, so the e-stop kills the lighting contactors.
Note also: 514 pulls in 511.7 and the lighting fixtures above must be identified for the location.
